5. You adhere to the list of PROHIBITED actions from the Terms of Use page.

1. LICENSED MATERIAL

When uploading licensed material you confirm that you have the right or permission to upload it. You confirm that your material can be used by you and has not been stolen. You are only responsible for the uploaded material and, in case someone declares that the material has been stolen and will provide us with all the license documents, ASAPgreen has the right to remove your files and provide the material owner with your contact information.

2. GRANTING OF LICENSE

When uploading the material, you provide ASAPgreen and its members with the right to use it. You understand that our site is an open site, therefore you agree that the material uploaded by you might be used by other site members, and possibly even transferred to other sites. ASAPgreen is not responsible for the usage of your material on third party sites.

3. STRONGLY PROHIBITED

• Media files having negative or any manipulative psychological or mental influence.

• Media files that imply or encourage the use of violence.

• Media files encouraging or implying the abuse of children.

• Media files containing child pornography.

• Media files containing any other sort of pornography.

• Media files encouraging torture and cruel or unusual punishment or implying that it is acceptable

• Media containing naked views of you or your children.

• Get Rich Quick, Bait and Switch, or MLM schemes that do not exist to accomplish anything other than separating people from their money.

• Information designed to get peoples phone numbers so money can be auto debited from their phone bills.
