We listen to these arcane demagogues go back and forth on their mutually failed policies, struggling to maintain their relevance in a world where their rhetoric and their policies have left us bone dry, but what about the rest of us? What about the citizenry who have to live in the shambles of what is left? And what about those of us who are not satisfied to “wait it out” and see if some new program or other works?
